Enzo Pisa

Enzo’s  main area of expertise is Labor law in particular transfer of business's branch and collective redundancy.

He was a Counsel in the Italian Supreme Court and has been an Associate in the Menichetti Law Firm since 1991.

He is an organizer and speaker at numerous conferences, seminars and workshops on major legislative and jurisprudential developments in Labor law. He is a member of various organizations, including: AGI - Italian Labor Lawyers; National Center for Law Studies "Domenico Napoletano" Veneto Section; and AVAG Veronese Association of Labor Lawyers.

Mirco Broggiato

Mirco is Labor law lawyer, specializing in subordinate, para-subordinated and self-employed work. He is a member of various organizations, including: National Center for Law Studies "Domenico Napoletano," Veneto Section; and AVAG, Veronese Association of Labor Lawyers.

He is currently an Associate in the Menichetti Law Firm, and a member of Ellex.

Fabiana Menichetti

Fabiana is a Labor law lawyer, specializing in subordinate, para-subordinated and self-employed work, as well as commercial distribution contracts and in particular agency contracts. She is a member of: AGI, Italian Labor Lawyers; National Center for Law Studies "Domenico Napoletano" - Veneto Section;  and AVAG, Veronese Association of Labor Lawyers.

From 2004, she has been an associate in the Menichetti Law Firm, and is a member of Ellex.
