Carlos Gerke Siles is currently a partner in Estudio Jurídico Gerke. He has extensive experience in Corporate law, Debt structuring, International transactions, Antitrust law, Constitutional law and Commercial litigation, making him one of Bolivia’s top legal advisors.
Currently Mr. Siles advises top ten private sector companies in the planning, structuring and protection of key projects. He is also a board member for various corporations including, the Bolivian Catholic University and IES Foundation.
From 2000, he has been a professor of Constitutional and Corporate Law at the Bolivian Catholic University. He obtained his law degree at the Bolivian Catholic University, graduating with the distinction ‘Summa Cum Laude.’
