João Caiado Guerreiro

João Caiado Guerreiro has been partner of Caiado Guerreiro & Associados since 1998. He is the coordinator of the Corporate, Commercial Law and M&A and Capital Markets, Investment Funds and Securitisation departments. He is both a member of and coordinator of the Banking Law and Corporate Finance, Project Management, Litigation and Arbitration and Foreign Direct Investment teams.

Mr. Caiado Guerreiro has been responsible for a significant number of large and complex operations and projects both nationally and internationally. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and is the adviser to some of the most important national and international companies operating in Portugal. Furthermore, he is President of the General Assembly of several of the largest companies based in Portugal (banking, transport, parking lots, engineering, computer science, etc.).
