Kiril Bougartchev

Since taking the oath, Kiril has been involved in a large number of civil, commercial, criminal and regulatory disputes (notably before the Financial Markets Authority and the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority). Its areas of expertise include the energy, insurance, defense and aerospace sectors, as well as the banking sector. Kiril has intervened in a large number of high profile cases in criminal business law, including political and financial ones. He advises in particular a Swiss bank and one of its directors, prosecuted in France for aggravated money laundering of tax evasion committed by a former minister. He is still advising an arms company in a criminal investigation opened following an attack in Asia in the early 2000s.

Emmanuel Moyne

Emmanuel is involved in many business criminal law cases, in civil and commercial litigation as well as in industrial and environmental claims. He advises his clients in complex proceedings often involving several foreign jurisdictions and, among others, in cases of misuse of corporate assets, breach of trust, fraud, money laundering, misappropriation of their data and secrets, counterfeiting, cybercrime, endangering the life of others, unintentional homicides and injuries, pollution, abandonment of waste or offenses relating to classified and nuclear installations. Its areas of expertise include the energy, defense, aerospace, chemical, hotel, luxury, and art sectors, as well as the banking sector. Emmanuel has intervened in high profile business criminal law cases, including political and financial matters, and environmental criminal law.

Geoffroy Goubin

Geoffroy practices mainly in business criminal law, corporate law litigation (disputes between shareholders, liability guarantees, earnouts, fraud) as well as stock market litigation (insider trading, price manipulation). In addition, Geoffroy deals with criminal labor law cases, particularly in the context of industrial accidents (homicides and unintentional injuries).
