Her practice focuses on investment law, helping in national investor protection in various jurisdictions and international investment mechanisms, cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial and investment arbitration, corporate, commercial and contract law.
Elif has nearly seven years of experience as a government adviser on international treaty law, public law and EU law and over six years of experience as an adviser in international and investment law for various multinational corporations.
She has performed monitoring and assessment of numerous Infrastructural and Rule of Law related projects, financed by World Bank, UNDP and EU.
Elif is a former Adviser at The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and Adviser for Eurasia at the Energy Law Research Institute.
Her specific legal and project experience includes the Balkans and CIS Countries region.
